No marketing strategy is complete without performance analysis. Performance analysis, shows you trends in your practice, and helps to identify significant issues early. We use a number of systems to determine the effectiveness of each marketing strategy, so that we can focus more on what works. We monitor phone calls, referral numbers, referring doctors, cancellations and reasons for cancellations, and have this data readily available.
