Day-to-day running of practice
We work hard to make sure the day-to-day running of your practice is as smooth as possible. We handle all aspects of running the clinic including making and changing appointments, clinic preparation, meeting and greeting, invoicing and billings, booking of tests and procedures, theatre quotations and booking, patient instructions etc.
We handle all patient enquiries, and all correspondence, and pride ourselves on excellent communication pathways ensuring timely handling of all communications.
Patient records and backup
We run a paperless practice. All the patient records, are held electronically, and all the records are regularly backed up.
